How can a president continue to govern with an impeachment trial looming? How does he handle that, along with domestic and foreign policy tasks? Retro Report looks at the approach taken by Bill Clinton in the lead up to his 1998 impeachment, when he charged with lying to a federal grand jury and obstructing justice.
