Registered users on Retro Report’s website can earn rewards when their friends register on the website using a unique link. The referral program, which was launched on Jan. 23 2023, allows registered users to earn points toward Amazon gift cards up to $100, Retro Report apparel and more. The first reward, for gaining five new registered teachers, is a set of lighthearted stickers created in partnership with educators.
Teachers will find a unique referral link at the bottom of the education newsletter, “Retro Report in the Classroom,” each week, which they will automatically be added to once they create their own free account on Retro Report’s website. Retro Report in the Classroom is a weekly newsletter for educators, delivered every Monday morning. It includes tips on incorporating Retro Report’s free short docs and teaching resources into many middle and high school courses, including social studies, E.L.A., Civics, and Environmental Science.
Teachers can also find at the bottom of each education newsletter buttons for easy sharing on social and messaging apps. That section will also display the number of points the subscriber has accumulated.
