Paula L White is the executive director of Educators for Excellence and a respected expert on education issues including career and college readiness and teacher diversity. She has taught elementary grades; founded and led a public charter school; and served as the Chief Turnaround Officer in charge of statewide public school improvement. Her past appointments include the New Jersey Council for Young Children. Ms. White earned degrees from Spelman College and Columbia University’s Teachers College.
